The hotel offers very spacious rooms, but unfortunately, there was a persistent food smell in the room during mornings and evenings. Although it was challenging to reach the front desk via phone most of the time, the overall experience was decent.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms with the added luxury of a hot tub, ideal after a day of skiing. However, some essentials like toothpaste and cotton pads were missing, and hooks for hanging coats were not available. The service was exceptionally pleasant but communication in English could be improved. The location is perfect for skiing but lacks nearby amenities like groceries and pharmacies. The dining experience is a delightful culinary journey with a diverse array of options, yet the outside pool area needs maintenance. The facilities are commendable overall.

The hotel offers an excellent view from the rooms, but they were too hot for comfortable sleep. I was a bit disappointed that basic amenities like toothpaste and cotton swabs were missing. Despite requesting a cooler temperature, the room remained hot. The service, especially from Ali & Nigular at Reception, was friendly, with occasional delays. The location is lovely, better in winter, but the drive there isn't scenic. The dining could be improved, especially the outdoor pool area cleanliness. Overall, the facilities need a boost with room for improvement.
